  3.    ZipMaster is released as a single-user product.  It is PROHIBITED
  4.    for ZipMaster to be utilized as a file access program or file
  5.    retrieval system for a CD-ROM disk.  The Shareware version of
  6.    ZipMaster may be included in a CD-ROM Shareware file collection, but
  7.    it may NOT be used as the means for the buyer and user of such a CD-
  8.    ROM disk to access the files on that disk.  This means that the
  9.    distributor of the CD-ROM must NOT provide any instructions or
  10.    directions to the effect that ZipMaster is to be used in accessing
  11.    the files on the disk.
